Legio Beef Black Angus Cecina

Air-dried cured Black Angus beef. Cured for 365 days. A true delicacy from Leon (northwest of Spain). This beef product is a very clean and healthy product. There are no colorants nor preservatives, gluten-free and it has a lot of protein. An intense cherry colour, a high meat marbling, smoked using fine (oak) woods and a durable aftertaste in the mouth, is what really makes the difference between a regular cecina and a LegioBeef.
